PDFScan Go ("we", "our", "the app") is a document scanning application for iOS. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used.

1. Data We Collect

PDFScan Go processes all scanned documents and generated PDFs locally on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store your documents on any external server.

2. Camera Access

The app requests access to your device camera solely to scan documents using Apple's VisionKit technology. Camera images are saved locally and are never shared with third parties.

On iOS 14.5 and later, the app will request your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes. You may decline this request and still use the app normally.

All scanned images, generated PDFs, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. When you delete a PDF from the app or uninstall the app, this data is permanently removed.
